About Paige

Paige Wyatt is a compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual therapy to clients located in Texas, Hawaiʻi, Colorado, and Arizona. As a military veteran herself, Paige is especially passionate about supporting military members, veterans, first responders, and their families as they navigate the unique stressors that can come with service, transition, and trauma.

Paige works with individuals and couples facing relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, and women’s hormone-related issues that impact emotional and relational well-being. She also offers discernment counseling for couples who are uncertain about the future of their relationship and want a structured process to gain clarity before making major decisions.

Her clinical work integrates a systemic approach with evidence-based modalities, including the Gottman Method for couples therapy (Level 2 trained), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Paige specializes in trauma work, helping clients process difficult past experiences while developing practical tools to improve emotional regulation, communication, and connection.

Known for her interactive, direct, and non-judgmental style, Paige believes therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and like equal partners in the therapeutic process. While compassionate and supportive, she is also honest and straightforward in her approach, helping clients move beyond surface-level conversations toward meaningful and lasting change.

Meet Hula

20241212-Wyatt-0008_edited.jpg

Meet Hula, the resident toy poodle and unofficial co-therapist of the practice. Hula is a charming, hypoallergenic toy poodle with the perfect mix of sweet and spicy personality. While she takes her job very seriously, her main specialties include napping, sunbathing, and occasionally reminding Paige it might be time for a quick game of fetch.

Clients will often see Hula quietly curled up nearby during sessions, usually fast asleep in the sunshine. Her calm presence tends to bring a little extra warmth and comfort to the virtual therapy space. Like many great therapy dogs, Hula has an intuitive way of sensing when a gentle presence is needed.

Hula is currently working toward becoming a certified therapy dog and is undergoing training to further develop the skills that make her such a natural at providing comfort. Until then, she will continue to supervise sessions from her favorite sunny spots, offering the occasional tail wag and plenty of quiet companionship.

Relationships can be tough! Sometimes, despite the best of intentions, we hurt each other or find ourselves drifting apart. It's common to get stuck in patterns of blaming each other, feeling like you are the only one trying. We can help you clearly see these patterns and become more aware of how they are affecting you, your partner, and your relationship. Together, we will work to make changes to reverse those patterns.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is designed to help you make sense of what is going on for you and to find a way forward. We will spend time getting to know who you are, what's important to you, and why your particular concerns are bringing you in. Together, we will find ways for you to make the necessary changes to get back to feeling like yourself.

Before You Reach Out:

Many therapists offer a free consultation. I’ve intentionally chosen a different approach. In my clinical experience, 15 minutes does not provide adequate time to thoughtfully assess your concerns, determine therapeutic fit, or offer meaningful guidance. Rather than rushing that process, all new clients begin with a full 55-minute initial session. This allows us to explore what’s bringing you in, clarify goals, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
